Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn in a hands-on environment.
• Interest in advanced manufacturing, materials science, clean energy technologies, or critical mineral supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Assist in testing, evaluating, and improving magnet manufacturing processes.
• Collect, organize, and analyze engineering data to support technical decisions.
• Support projects related to magnet production, materials processing, and scale-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, R&D, operations, and quality.
• Maintain organized documentation of experiments and progress.
