Job summary

ICL Group in Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia, offers a Summer 2027 Engineering Intern position with a pay rate of $32.50 per hour. You will assist in identifying and implementing process improvements, working with operators, maintenance, supervision, plant leadership and corporate support personnel.

Ownership of individual projects may be possible. The role emphasizes hands-on experience in identifying opportunities, coordinating plant projects, and performing technical and economic evaluations

• Pursuing a B.S. degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Completed sophomore year in college
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Ability to set priorities, manage small projects and demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Highly motivated and eager to learn
• Ability to relocate if not local

This position will interact with operators, maintenance, supervision, plant leadership and corporate support personnel. In addition to providing support and assistance to all areas of the operation, this position can have ownership of the management of individual projects.
