Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and integration-related support within Tier 3 backend operations.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, testing, configuration, and change management functions.
• Drive lifecycle, capacity, provisioning, and service quality improvements.
• Identify root causes, suggest improvements, and enhance system reliability.
• Document standards and plan implementations across environments.
• Ensure back-end services stay secure and mission-aligned.
