We are looking for an Engineering Infrastructure Project Manager to work remotely from the United States or Canada.

In this role, you will lead and oversee infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, manage scope changes, and conduct risk assessments to ensure successful outcomes. You will monitor project metrics, identify issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Various project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, will be utilized to deliver results efficiently.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage engineering infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, managing scope, schedules, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Regularly report on project progress, addressing risks or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including business analysts, architects, and project sponsors, to ensure smooth communication and project success.
  • Proactively manage project issues and scope changes, ensuring compliance with client and internal requirements.
  • Conduct risk management assessments and provide mitigation recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong experience managing infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, PMI, and PRINCE2.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in consulting or R&D infrastructure projects is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve critical issues amidst competing project demands.
