The EIT will gain hands-on experience in design, analysis, and project coordination under senior engineers. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering and is motivated to pursue professional licensure. Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience, preferably in design engineering in precast or concrete industry.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Experience with interpersonal and written communication in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Support various engineering and production activities related to precast concrete products.
• Oversee a project design team and ensure project milestones are met.
• Collaborate with Contractors/Engineers/Architects/Owners as required.
