Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage our Lubbock office as the Group Manager, overseeing engineering projects, staff, business development, and daily operations for the branch.

You will lead multidisciplinary geotechnical and construction materials projects, assemble teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure safety and quality, review designs, pursue new opportunities, and mentor staff to sustain a high‑engagement culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical and managerial experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen with P&L experience.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Committed to safety and engineering excellence.
• Knowledge of local/regional engineering climate.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
