Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Occasional international travel may be required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without Sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Group Leadership: create an inspiring environment and motivate the team.
• Operational Oversight: oversee day-to-day operations and schedules.
• Task Oversight: delegate tasks and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Budgetary Ownership: input into department budgets and manage group budgets.
• Relationship Management: build strong internal and external relationships and gather feedback.
• Communication: conduct group meetings and disseminate information effectively.
• Employee Development: conduct regular 1:1s and develop team members.
• Performance Management: write evaluations and support development plans.
• Strategic Input: propose changes to group structure and priorities.
• Recruiting: support department recruitment and interviews.
• Continuous Improvement: foster an environment of ongoing improvement.
