The Engineering Entry Program (EEP) Engineer will be entered into a full time 2-year engineering rotation where they will be exposed to a variety of engineering roles within defined areas of focus, developing long-term technical and leadership skills, as well as providing mentorship and skill-building activities. The EEP Engineer will have 4 distinct 6-month rotations that offer both corporate and field-based assignments; individual experiences are defined by both CMS Energy (CE) business needs and the EEP Engineer strengths. The program also involves a comprehensive list of learning activities that will provide the EEP Engineer with an overview of the electric, gas, and generation segments within CMS Energy. Upon completion of the Engineering Entry Program (EEP), the EEP Engineer will be placed into a full-time a position that balances their skills and knowledge, personal interests, and business needs.
