Position: Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer will support R&D for product development of bioprocessing equipment.

1. 2-4 years experience with either a BS or MS degree.
2. This role requires a technical aptitude and understanding of P&ID's, vessels, piping systems, instrumentation, controls, and heating/cooling.
3. Ability to assemble, operate, and troubleshoot mechanical systems safely in a manufacturing environment.
4. Experienced with ERP systems to create BOM's and execute ECO's.
5. Create purchase specifications for equipment with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the bioprocessing equipment industry.
6. Create and execute test protocols and reports.
7. Direct experience with heating and cooling equipment desired.
8. Hands-on experience desired.
