Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Software Engineering Enablement Manager to lead software and DevOps engineers across global delivery locations, driving reusable libraries, standards, and AI-assisted development. You will combine people leadership with hands-on engineering and establish practical standards for cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on security, reliability, and maintainability while enabling teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Hybrid work arrangement is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Agile and multiple frameworks.
• Experience overseeing and delivering large-scale software platforms.
• Ability to supervise, direct, and review project results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads software and DevOps engineers by setting direction, aligning work to priorities, and coaching performance.
• Provides hands-on technical leadership in design, coding, reviews, testing, and lifecycle management.
• Defines strategy, roadmap, and adoption plans for shared libraries across global locations.
• Establishes engineering standards, tool strategies, automation, and quality practices.
• Leads governance for responsible AI-assisted software development and cost discipline.
• Partners with architecture, security, product, and platform leaders to prioritize enablement needs.
• Drives continuous improvement through automation, metrics, and learning.
