This role involves owning escalation processes, team development, and cross-functional execution, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing technical support engineers or software engineers.
• Ability to design and operate an escalation process.
• Technical credibility in the Linux ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage the AMER Technical Support Engineering team.
• Own the L2/L3 escalation boundary.
• Coordinate AMER handoffs with APAC and EMEA peer managers.
