Job summary

ITW in the United States is seeking a student intern to collaborate with the Engineering team to develop drawing standards, finalize and document drawings for the Pediatric Energy director project, and organize models and specs for 80 products.

You will characterize standard products, create parameter templates, and assist with lab testing and documenting results. Basic 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred) and strong time management are expected.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred).
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

• Time management and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering to develop drawing standards and templates.
• Finalize and document all engineering drawings for the Pediatric Energy director project.
• Work with quality to locate drawings, models & specs for 80 products and document them in the designated folder.
• Characterize standard products and create templates for parameters driving the application; run tests in the lab and document results.
