The ideal candidate will have strong civil engineering expertise, particularly in stormwater management, and a proven ability to guide and develop technical teams. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a PE certification are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the private sector including drainage design and construction.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in stormwater management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lane’s engineering projects, personnel, and processes.
• Guide Lane’s Engineering team, including Design Engineers and CAD Technicians.
• Provide or oversee technical training for Lane personnel.
