Qualifications

• Demonstrated NPD leadership in full product development lifecycle.
• Proven engineering operations leadership and portfolio controls.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through on commitments.
• At least 10 years of progressive engineering experience with 7+ years leading NPD/sustaining teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Strong people-management, cross-functional influence, business judgment, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the NPD portfolio from concept through launch and post-launch support.
• Run engineering day-to-day with clear priorities, reviews, and resource planning.
• Maintain technical rigor in designs, specs, and documentation with change control.
• Design for manufacturability, reliability, and customer requirements.
• Lead sustaining engineering and lifecycle cost reductions.
• Build a high-performing, accountable engineering team.
• Shape the product roadmap with leadership and Product Management.
• Communicate clearly with executives and cross-functional partners.
