Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing technical/engineering teams.
• Medical device industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct complex project Advanced Catheter PEG activities with large scale or significant business impact and develop project plans, schedule, scope, and quality objectives.
• Identify risk and develop mitigation strategies with cross-functional groups.
• Manage engineers, managers, SME and oversee work across areas and locations; budget responsibilities.
• Develop a robust talent development plan aligned with departmental growth strategies.
• Lead cross-functional groups to develop shaft design recommendations integrating into complex components/products.
• Lead efforts to optimize processes using capability and characterization analyses and propose technology solutions.
