STV Incorporated in Owensboro, KY seeks an Engineering Director to lead our Transportation & Infrastructure practice. The role oversees office leadership, staff growth, and firm-wide coordination, aiming to expand Kentucky capabilities and serve statewide clients.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in transportation/infrastructure, KY PE, and proven leadership in multi-discipline project delivery, with strong client development and communication skills.
STV has an immediate need for an Engineering Director in our Owensboro, KY office for our Transportation & Infrastructure division. This position will include, office leadership, and other firm-wide roles. The successful candidate will support our current staff while assisting in growing the Kentucky practice to better service our clients statewide. This position offers a leadership role at an Engineer News-Record (ENR) Top 50 rated firm. This individual would assist other senior staff in collaborating with various agencies in Kentucky and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate is an individual who desires to lead through example, is professionally respected, an excellent communicator, and possesses a vast understanding of project delivery. The candidate will be managing projects under supervision from senior managers and work with junior staff members for successful project production and execution. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow a Transportation and Infrastructure practice, work with various clients in Kentucky, and lead business development efforts for Transportation and Infrastructure pursuits.
