Qualifications

• Four+ years of professional Revit experience.
• Two+ years of Forma experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and MS Office.
• Ability to read and apply construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop system designs and construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Provide BIM modeling and drafting support for MEP and structural teams.
• Create and manage Revit models; perform clash detection and resolve conflicts.
• Update Revit families and ensure model consistency across projects.
• Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and coordination before release.
• Prepare progress reports and follow standard work procedures.
