Job summary

RICK in Denver, CO is seeking an Engineering Designer to join a multidisciplinary team on landmark Colorado projects. You will advance plans from concept to final and support subdivision and land development efforts with CAD tools and design experience.

Qualified candidates have 2–10 years in land development/public works, plus a BSCE (or equivalent five years of experience). AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency is required, along with a strong grasp of local codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Two to ten years of experience in land development and/or public works.
• Experience must include taking plans from conceptual design to final and preparing maps and plans for subdivision/land development.

Responsibilities

• Design skills should include road design, grading, utilities and drainage, and earthwork evaluations.
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D or CAD experience is required.
• Knowledge of Colorado codes, standards and procedures is a plus.

Experience must include:

• Ability to take plans from conceptual design to final
• Preparation and processing of maps & plans for subdivision & land development projects

Design skills should include:

• Road design
• Grading
• Utilities and drainage
• Earthwork evaluations.

AutoCAD/Civil 3D or CAD experience required.

Knowled.ge of jurisdictional codes, standards & procedures in the State of Colorado is a plus

A good driving record is a must.
