A Snapshot of Your Day

As a scheduler and planner for a large engineering organization designing and building custom turbo-machinery, your day involves determining the best ways to meet customer requirements with available resources. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment handling complex projects related to the transformation of the oil and gas industry.

You will be a key part of our flange-to-flange core compressor organization, building and optimizing solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations and delivery dates. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, project management, manufacturing, and engineering teams to meet schedule demands.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Strategic planning using slot planning for engineering and customer orders
  • Developing and maintaining engineering projects to support throughput, backlog, and forecast
  • Applying strong analytical skills to recognize and solve problems
  • Running load scenarios to balance priorities and constraints
  • Interfacing with commercial, project management, engineering, and manufacturing teams
  • Participating in global and regional S&OP meetings and representing Product Engineering
  • Analyzing data to improve processes and performance

What You Bring

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 5+ years of scheduling and planning experience in an engineering organization, with consideration for more senior roles for those with additional experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, OneDrive; strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with turbomachinery such as compressors and turbines is a plus
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (5-15%)
