Job summary

AECOM is looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their team in Fresno, CA. In this role, you will support the Planning and Engineering department, ensuring that technical designs and contracts meet the standards of the California High-Speed Rail Authority. A strong background in civil engineering, particularly in high-speed rail projects, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Civil Engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 15+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Ability to apply engineering judgment in design of high-speed rail projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of technical design for engineering plans.
• Perform independent quality assurance and verification inspections.
• Provide technical support for analysis and interpretation of documents.
• Assist with coordination and solicitation of feedback from stakeholders.
