Job summary

Bee Talent Solutions seeks an Engineering Data Management Specialist in Savannah, GA, to support data management initiatives with 4+ years in an admin role.

You will manage the RFS database, build Power BI dashboards, maintain SharePoint data, and track workflows while coordinating with Group Heads and Management to improve reporting and operations. You will also help document processes and train staff as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an office admin role supporting data management initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to generate advanced reports.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an office environment seated with light lifting (up to 10–15 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative review of the RFS database and run daily review meetings with Group Heads and Management.
• Maintain weekly dashboards including ECMs, GBMS, Model Reviews, Document Release, and MRB metrics.
• Analyze data and identify dashboard trends with Power BI.
• Develop manuals, procedures, and training materials.
• Track job status through established workflow processes.
• Support Procurement Collaboration to improve communication and operational effectiveness.
• Draft changes for Condition 3 documents.
• Assist in converting Engineering Standards documents to new formats.
• Perform data entry and maintenance in Materials & Process Engineering SharePoint environments.
• Interface daily with Group Heads, PDTs, and Management during coordination meetings.

Our client is seeking an Engineering Data Management Specialist with 4+ years of administrative experience supporting data management initiatives. The role involves RFS database management, Power BI dashboard reporting, engineering documentation, SharePoint data maintenance, workflow tracking, and coordination with Group Heads and Management.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience working in an office administrative function supporting data management initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative review of the Request for Services (RFS) database and facilitate daily RFS review meetings with Group Heads and Management.
• Populate and maintain weekly dashboard reports, including ECMs, GBMS, Model Reviews, Document Release, and MRB metrics.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations on recurring Power BI dashboard trends using data visualization tools.
• Assist in the development of manuals, procedures, and training materials.
• Track and monitor job status through established workflow processes.
• Support the Procurement Collaboration team to improve communication channels and operational effectiveness.
• Execute authorship of Condition 3 document changes.
• Support Engineering Standards document conversions into new formats.
• Perform data entry and maintenance activities within Materials & Process Engineering SharePoint environments.
• Interface daily with Group Heads (GH), PDTs, and Management during coordination meetings.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):

• High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to create and generate advanced reports and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, details, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information in group settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in an office environment, primarily in a seated position, with occasional lifting of up to 10-15 pounds.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project planning software.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
