Job summary

Goken is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Analyst to support product engineering data management and release processes. This role ensures the integrity and timely release of engineering data across the product lifecycle, enabling collaboration between design and development teams.

You will manage data release tasks, keep BOMs accurate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Enovia V5/V6 and advanced Excel tools to maintain data governance and change management standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Enovia V5/V6 preferred.
• Familiarity with change management and data issue management processes.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including macros.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Adobe Pro or SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks related to product engineering data release in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure BOM accuracy by communicating necessary changes to development teams.
• Maintain and update engineering data throughout all design cycles, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Support the data issue resolution process, including tracking, reporting, and assisting with corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to uphold data governance and change management best practices.
