Job summary

Gutor Houston is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to support its Americas engineering teams and coordinate across Switzerland and Malaysia. You will manage ECO/ECR processes, interpret drawings, and update documentation on the production floor.

In this role you will communicate with cross‑functional teams, track revisions, and ensure timely updates to BOMs and schematics, enabling smooth product lifecycle management for industrial UPS systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in electronics or related technical field.
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and layout documentation.
• Hands-on problem solving on the production floor.
• Experience with ECO/ECR processes and revision control.
• Strong cross-cultural and multi-site collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central communication bridge between Gutor Americas and global engineering teams, ensuring alignment on updates and project requirements.
• Execute local US engineering updates and document revisions on the fly per guidance from global leads.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical or documentation issues on the production floor.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Review, process, and manage ECOs and ECRs with structured stakeholder feedback.

The company has a team of experienced engineers and technicians who are available to help with any problems that may arise.The Engineering Coordinator supports Gutor’s global engineering organization by acting as a key liaison between Gutor Americas and engineering teams in Switzerland and Malaysia.
