Qualifications

  • Efficient time management skills
  • Solid technical aptitude including diverse knowledge of engineering principles
  • Proficient in MS Office products

Responsibilities

  • Participate in FM training to learn the fundamentals of COPE and risk assessment.
  • Trailing FM Field Engineers during visits to commercial properties to observe site assessments.
  • Reviewing and documenting risk analysis of locations visited.
  • Leading and delivering a technical project to be determined by FM Supervisors.
  • Shadowing professionals in various departments within FM to gain holistic understanding.
