Job summary

Wabtec is seeking engineering students for a 30-week, full-time Co-op program within our locomotives, transit, mining and marine propulsion businesses. You will contribute on real projects at Erie, PA or Grove City, PA, exploring design, testing, embedded software and controls while developing technical skills.

The program offers mentorship, professional development and a potential path to full-time roles after graduation through leadership programs or direct hire opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires enrollment in an accredited engineering degree program (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Science).
• Completed at least two years of college (Rising Junior).
• Open to U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work on real business projects within Locomotive, Transit, Mining & Marine Propulsion systems teams.
• Learn and apply design, testing, and software concepts in a hands-on environment.
• Gain exposure to leadership programs and potential full-time roles after graduation.
