You will collaborate with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop technical and professional skills to prepare for a successful engineering career in a global technology company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Anticipated graduation date Spring or Fall 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and manufacturing initiatives to improve operations, safety, and quality.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring engineering projects and plant activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend opportunities to improve equipment performance.
• Participate in technical evaluations, troubleshooting, and engineering assessments.
• Support preventive maintenance and operational improvement initiatives.
• Assist with preparing engineering documentation, technical reports, and project updates.
• Gain exposure to manufacturing processes, best practices, and project management.
