Job summary

Hydrite seeks an Engineering Co-Op for Summer-Fall 2027 to gain hands-on experience on engineering projects and uphold the company’s standards of excellence. The role runs from June through December 2027 and offers exposure to real business impact within a collaborative team.

You will analyze projects, assist with capital initiatives, and document performance while developing leadership and presentation skills for a future in engineering.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in accredited university pursuing a BS in Engineering (mechanical, industrial, or chemical preferred).
• Strong computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
• Good presentation skills; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical analysis for assigned projects.
• Assist with capital projects and maintenance activities.
• Create network/system diagrams; analyze code; monitor performance; document.
• Identify process improvements for cost saving and efficiency.
• Improve cycle times; scale-up; improve shelf-life where applicable.
• Explore energy reduction and sustainability opportunities.
• Perform engineering clerical duties as assigned.
