Job summary

ELECTRO SWITCH BUSINESS TRUST in Weymouth, MA is seeking an Engineering Co-Op to assist design and manufacturing improvement projects under the Engineering Manager.

You will support mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering, participate in tests, document processes, and help drive continuous improvement and standardization across manufacturing.

Experience with SolidWorks, programming (C/C++, Python, C#), embedded systems, and familiarity with CAD/drafting will be valuable.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical coursework leading to a B.S. degree in engineering.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints; GPA 3.0+.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and manufacturing improvement projects under supervision.
• Conduct tests, troubleshoot, and compile test data and reports.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for failure investigations and CAPAs.
• Install/configure computer hardware OS and applications; diagnose issues.
• Document procedures and support standardization and change notices.
