Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin's Cockrell School of Engineering seeks a Co-op & Career Programs Coordinator to deliver premier career services for students and alumni. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience coordinating student programs, recruiting, advising or related responsibilities.
• Ability to work with a broad range of constituents including students, families, employers, faculty and staff.
• Experience supervising student employees or volunteers and providing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the Engineering Co-op Program across cohorts.
• Advise students on program requirements, timelines, resumes, internships, and job searches.
• Promote opportunities through sessions, outreach, and digital communications.
• Supervise ECAC student employees and coordinate front-of-house operations for events.
• Support career fairs, workshops, and employer/student program initiatives.
