Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin's Cockrell School of Engineering seeks a Co-op & Career Programs Coordinator to deliver premier career services for students and alumni. You will lead multiple programs, manage enrollment and records, advise on resumes and internships, and coordinate career fairs and outreach with campus partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of experience coordinating student programs, recruiting, advising or related responsibilities.
  • Ability to work with a broad range of constituents including students, families, employers, faculty and staff.
  • Experience supervising student employees or volunteers and providing coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of the Engineering Co-op Program across cohorts.
  • Advise students on program requirements, timelines, resumes, internships, and job searches.
  • Promote opportunities through sessions, outreach, and digital communications.
  • Supervise ECAC student employees and coordinate front-of-house operations for events.
  • Support career fairs, workshops, and employer/student program initiatives.
