Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Science & Engineering Co-op for the Spring 2027 season at our Bedford, MA site. The role runs for approximately 6 months, focusing on CAD-driven projects to improve process efficiency and yield.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to develop lean manufacturing initiatives and apply best practices in safety, quality, and reliability. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker who can collaborate, has CAD experience (SolidWorks/CATIA), and is pursuing a Bachelor’s in

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
• Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and implement projects using CAD software to improve operational efficiency and deliver savings
• Improve maturity of process data and apply statistical methods to increase yields and efficiency
• Support development of lean manufacturing processes, standard work, problem solving, and value stream mapping
• Apply manufacturing best practices to enhance safety, quality, reliability and predictability
• Work with teams to identify problems, analyze information and develop and implement solutions
• Assist in directing and controlling processes per defined policies and procedures
