Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Bedford, MA seeks a Science & Engineering Co-op for the Spring 2027 season. This 6-month assignment offers hands-on experience in process improvement and manufacturing science within a global company.

You will use CAD tools (SolidWorks/CATIA) to lead projects, analyze process data, and support lean manufacturing initiatives, gaining exposure to safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) January through June
• Familiar with university co-op requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and implement projects using CAD software to improve operational efficiency and deliver savings
• Improve maturity of process data and apply statistical methods to understand our process for higher yields and efficiency
• Support development of lean manufacturing, standard work, problem solving and value stream mapping
• Apply manufacturing best practices to drive safety, quality, reliability and predictability
• Work with teams to identify problems, analyze information and develop and implement process solutions
• Assist in directing and controlling processes in accordance with policies and procedures
