U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC is seeking an entry-level engineer/technician to gain experience through rotations in engineering domains. You will learn basic chain concepts, create components and assemblies using SolidEdge, and prepare engineering drawings and manufacturing plans.

The role involves designing simple tooling, coordinating tests, and contributing to documentation with attention to quality and accuracy. Strong MS Office skills and reading drawings are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MS Office knowledge, Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills and ability to calculate distances and equations.
• Ability to input to and retrieve from computer-based software.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and measure with calipers/micrometers.
• Programming ability in Visual Basic or MS VBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Learn basic concepts of engineering chain for rotations.
• Create components and assemblies using 3-D modeling (SolidEdge).
• Create/revise engineering drawings and manufacturing plans.
• Design/fabricate simple tooling and fixtures.
• Coordinate tests/experiments and report results clearly.
• Perform basic engineering documentation tasks.
• Identify improvement areas and submit ideas.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
