Job summary

ITT Westminster Engineering Co-Op in Westminster, SC is a full-time, paid opportunity starting May 2027. The role includes three rotations across Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality with hands-on projects guided by the Engineering Manager, including machining, assembly and process improvement.

Candidates must be enrolled in an Engineering program with a minimum 2.50 GPA, be a US person per ITAR, and wear safety glasses and safety shoes.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Engineering program with a minimum 2.50 GPA.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse/global employees.
• Thirst for learning and passion for solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Update Manufacturing work instruction manuals.
• Work with Operations Management, Engineering and Quality to investigate and capture priorities and tasks.
• Use Excel and MS Word to track and update project documents.
• Concept and create 3D models, production drawings, and Bill of Materials.
• Complete analysis of Customer applications and Manufacturing requirements.
• Participate in product testing and product development.
• Assist in manufacturing process improvement projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
