Job summary

Sysdig is seeking a senior compliance and assurance leader to design and run an end-to-end certification program for a cloud-native SaaS company. You will shift evidence gathering from manual to automated, build AI assurance controls, and drive alignment with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2 Type II.

You’ll work with auditors, regulators, and enterprise customers, reporting to Security Engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership of certification/audit programs for cloud or SaaS platforms.
• Automation and scripting to support control objectives (Python/Go/Terraform).
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms; security engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Own the certification program end-to-end with ISO 27001/27701 and SOC 2 Type II.
• Build AI assurance and controls as engineering rather than documentation.
• Collaborate with auditors, regulators, and customers; report to Security Engineering leadership.
