Job summary

Harvey Performance Company, LLC is seeking a Technical Associate in a remote, nationwide role. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1–3 years of relevant experience and focuses on engineering with customer-facing, manufacturing, and QC aspects.

You will draft tool designs in AutoCAD, analyze customer prints for optimal design and cost savings, and collaborate with field sales and distributor partners to build trust in our products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong understanding of geometry and algebra.
• Desire to start a career in a fast-paced growing company.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team-based environment, supporting customers across the country and assisting in inquiries regarding tool selection and application support.
• Analyze customer prints to determine optimal product design, approach, and cost-savings.
• Draft tool design prints in AutoCAD to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with field sales and distributor partners to build trust in our products and foster relationships.
• Grow in other areas of the business including New Product Development and Inspection based on experience and company needs.
