Job summary

Clark is seeking driven engineers to join our team and learn across project management, development, field management, and business operations. From day one, you'll receive formal training and mentorship to build technical skills, leadership instincts, and business acumen on high-profile projects.

You'll rotate through core operations, gaining hands-on experience in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination while contributing to safety and quality on our jobsites.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) or a master’s degree, with an expected graduation in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
• Interest and passion for the construction industry
• Demonstrates Enthusiasm & Drive, Delivery & Performance, Learning & Growth as core principles

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Project Management, Financial Management, Document Control, and Field Management to understand day-to-day and long-term business needs
• Assist with budget review, change orders, subcontractor requisitions, and scheduling
• Support project development, budgeting, estimating, and purchasing activities
• Learn to manage submittals, RFIs, and material tracking processes
• Build relationships with trade partners to coordinate field installations and safety practices
• Contribute to business operations by understanding core functions that keep Clark running smoothly
