Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) or a master's degree, with an expected graduation in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
• Interest and passion for the construction industry

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Gain understanding of day-to-day and long-term management of construction projects.
• Financial Management: Review gross billings, track change orders, and subcontractor requisitions.
• Document Control: Manage submittals, RFIs, and material tracking.
• Trade Partner Success: Build trusted relationships with subcontractors for successful field installation.
• Field Management: Learn site logistics, ensure quality and safety on jobsites.
• Quality Control and Safety: Monitor workmanship and safety standards.
• Project Schedule: Assist with schedule management and site logistics.
• Project Development: Learn budgeting, estimating, and purchasing processes.
• Purchasing: Collaborate to execute subcontractor agreements and manage scopes of work.
