Qualifications

• Strong grasp of core engineering principles relevant to the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers and Designers in the design and detail of engineering systems; write/edit specifications and research design options on devices, equipment, and system selections.
• Apply prescribed techniques and procedures to perform tasks; research document findings and provide recommendations.
• Collect data, gather information and perform basic computations or analysis; may prepare drawings and visual aids.
• Participate in meetings and reviews to ensure code compliance; may conduct site investigations and observations.
• Interact with staff, the public, officials, and contractors; limited client-facing responsibilities.
