  • Create contractor packages and assign work to contractors; coordinate with contractors and construction teams on build completion
  • Work with the Locates Coordinator to ensure all assigned segments are beginning in a timely manner
  • Attend municipality meetings on behalf of Wire 3 and the PMO department; build and maintain productive working relationships with local governing bodies and permitting offices
  • Run department reporting and forecasting in coordination with other Wire 3 departments; assist in future build planning based on build plan forecast
  • Maintain budgets and handle department audits on all manageable material
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to maintain service delivery pace
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Familiarity with FTTH OSP and ISP construction workflows, permitting processes, and construction sequencing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on KPI metrics including footage, pass counts, and permit timelines
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Construction, PMO, Locates, and vendor teams
