Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking a role that handles customer complaints referred to the region, including presidential, PUC, and regulatory complaints. You will contact customers, draft management letters, and address reliability concerns with key accounts, supporting engineers in circuit and load analyses.

Primary Purpose

Address all customer complaints which are referred to the region, including complaints received through presidential complaints, PUC complaints, and regulatory performance complaints.

Primary Duties
  • Contact customers to determine the nature of their complaints.
  • Write letters on behalf of management to address customer issues.
  • Interact with key accounts to address customer reliability issues.
  • Recommend field solutions to reliability problems.
  • Assist the reliability engineer in performing circuit, load, and reliability analysis.
  • Assist in the analysis of interruption reports.
  • Develop and maintain records to define reliability trends.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree in technical discipline.
  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for use on company business.
  • Knowledge of aerial and underground electric distribution work practices, standards, and procedures.
  • PC skills with work processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Experience with Passport, CIMS and OMS.
  • Knowledge of PECO energy tariff and service requirements.
  • Ability to respond to off-hour emergencies and fulfill on-call responsibilities, including field response.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including organizing data, filtering, sorting, formulas, lookups.
  • Experience processing invoices, payment vouchers, purchase requests, or similar financial transactions. - Understanding of capital versus O&M expenses. -
  • Ability to review financial reports, identify open items, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Experience with project setup, project closeout, accruals, and financial recordkeeping.
  • Strong proficiency with Outlook, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with vendors, invoice documentation, contracts, or payment approvals.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

  • Hourly rates will be paid in accordance with terms of the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience or collective bargaining agreement: $30.99/Hr.
