Job summary

PECO is seeking a detail‑oriented specialist to address customer complaints referred to the region, including presidential and PUC concerns. You will manage communications, support reliability analyses, and coordinate with field teams to improve service continuity.

You will work with engineering and field staff, maintaining records of reliability trends and assisting with outage reporting while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in a technical discipline.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for company business.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground electric distribution work practices, standards, and procedures.
• PC skills with word processing, databases and spreadsheets.
• Experience with Passport, CIMS and OMS.
• Knowledge of PECO energy tariff and service requirements.
• Ability to respond to off-hour emergencies and fulfill on-call responsibilities.

Primary Purpose

Address all customer complaints which are referred to the region, including complaints received through presidential complaints, PUC complaints, and regulatory performance complaints.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical discipline.

• Knowledge of aerial and underground electric distribution work practices, standards, and procedures.
• PC skills with work processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Experience with Passport, CIMS and OMS.
• Knowledge of PECO energy tariff and service requirements.
• Ability to respond to off-hour emergencies and fulfill on-call responsibilities, including field response.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including organizing data, filtering, sorting, formulas, lookups.
• Experience processing invoices, payment vouchers, purchase requests, or similar financial transactions. - Understanding of capital versus O&M expenses. -
• Ability to review financial reports, identify open items, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Experience with project setup, project closeout, accruals, and financial recordkeeping.
• Strong proficiency with Outlook, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with vendors, invoice documentation, contracts, or payment approvals.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

• Hourly rates will be paid in accordance with terms of the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience or collective bargaining agreement: $30.99/Hr.
