Job summary

Varda Space Industries is seeking an Engineering Applications Engineer to lead development and management of engineering applications at its El Segundo headquarters. In this role, you will own the engineering systems stack, improve workflows, and develop AI-powered tools.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years managing engineering applications. The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, alongside benefits like 401(k) matching and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise engineering applications.
• Demonstrated experience building reports in a BI platform.
• Comfortable gathering requirements from end users.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the engineering systems stack.
• Map and re-engineer engineering workflows.
• Design analytics dashboards and reports.

Skills

Building reports and dashboards in BI platforms

Strong written and verbal communication

Experience with PLM platforms

Knowledge of engineering data domains

Hands-on ETL experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
