The role offers a base salary in the $130k–$140k range with a 15% bonus potential and high visibility within a multi-year rebuild. The ideal candidate will bring strong maintenance and engineering leadership, a track record in regulatory and safety compliance, and an ability to drive results in a challenging environment.
