Job summary

Constellation is seeking an Engineering Analyst to provide advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations. You will make technical decisions and apply industry codes and regulations with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities include developing engineering analyses, managing tasks, and recommending improvements to performance, cost, and compliance. The role requires collaboration across teams and strict adherence to design criteria.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years nuclear or related experience.
  • Associate's degree with 3+ years nuclear experience.
  • High School Diploma with 5+ years nuclear experience.
  • Working knowledge of engineering processes and systems.
  • Ability to obtain unescorted access.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth engineering analysis and programs.
  • Identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
  • Manage task ownership and ensure design criteria are followed.
  • Ensure configuration management and compliance with codes.

Expected Salary RangeMid-level: $ 96,000 - $ 108,000Senior Level: $128,000- $144,000Ranges are per year based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401KPrimary Purpose Of PositionPerforms advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations. Responsible for technical decisions. Possesses excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations. Primary Duties And Accountabilities
  • Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultation through direct involvement to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
  • Provides initial or complete task management of engineering issues.
  • Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work ensuring proper configuration management and assuring that standard design criteria, practices, procedures and codes are used in preparation of plans and specifications.
  • Perform independent research, reviews, studies and analyses in support of regulatory/technical projects and programs.
  • Recommend equipment, new concepts and techniques to improve performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, correct design or material flaws, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.
  • Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
