ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Sr. Engineering Analyst to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. This is a part-time, remote position. Must be in the Chesapeake, VA area due to proximity to of Norfolk Naval Base.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform antenna assessment results engineering analysis in accordance with referenced requirements.

Verify processes, activities analysis, reporting and corrective actions required of assessment results.

Provide engineering guidance to the assessment team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline

8+ years of experience in hull and compartment shipboard engineering support OR experience in decision making positions in ship overhaul planning, including: operation, maintenance, design and testing of shipboard equipment and systems.

Use of statistical analysis in formulation of major programs involving ship maintenance planning

3+ years of experience required in management positions working on a Naval Shipyard

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in antenna maintenance and operational assessments

Experience with analysis of shipboard Electromagnetic Interference (EMI)

Clearance Requirements:

Must have a current and active Secret Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift and carry 40 lbs

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
