Job summary

Techtronic Industries is seeking an Information Technology: AI & Analytics Manager - Engineering to identify, prioritize, and execute AI and analytics initiatives across North American Outdoor and CPT Engineering. The role partners with Engineering, IT leadership, and stakeholders to improve productivity and decision making.

The candidate will apply AI/ML, analytics, and automation tools, leveraging platforms like GitHub Copilot and Power BI, to deliver measurable engineering value and scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, analytics, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience applying AI, analytics, automation, and software-development tools to engineering or technical processes.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, generative AI, AI agents, or related concepts.
• Familiarity with Power BI, reports, dashboards, data models, and related BI concepts.
• Experience taking technical initiatives from problem identification through requirements, prototype, testing, implementation, documentation, and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and execute AI and analytics opportunities aligned to engineering goals.
• Manage AI and analytics portfolio including intake, roadmaps, milestones, and value realization.
• Prototype, test, deploy, or coordinate solutions using AI, ML, automation, and engineering software.
• Translate business problems into technical requirements and define success criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
