Salt Lake Community College seeks an Engineering adjunct faculty member to teach Engineering classes, design content, and evaluate students under supervision of the Associate Dean.

This pooled position is reviewed as openings arise and requires a Master’s or PhD in Engineering, on-site presence, and adherence to FERPA and college policies; prior teaching or industry experience is preferred.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Engineering or PhD in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Teaching experience in Engineering or related industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse learners.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Engineering classes (on-site and online) under supervision.
• Prepare and deliver course content and design learning experiences.
• Provide timely feedback, evaluations, and grading within department standards.
• Maintain attendance records and submit grades by published deadlines.
• Uphold FERPA guidelines and professional conduct; ensure a safe instructional environment.
