Orenco Systems, Inc. (subsidiary of Infiltrator Water Technologies) is a manufacturer of innovative onsite and decentralized wastewater collection and treatment technologies. Solutions include community collection systems, advanced secondary treatment systems, watertight fiberglass tanks, and in-tank pumping and filtration systems. Orenco also manufactures high-quality standard, custom, and OEM controls, along with state-of-the-art fiberglass buildings, tanks, and enclosures.

Infiltrator Water Technologies is a market leader within the onsite wastewater treatment industry, manufacturing a variety of revolutionary products and environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional stone and pipe leachfield and concrete septic systems. We sell our products through wholesale distribution across the US and Canada for onsite wastewater treatment systems.

Remote Work Allowed

Core Responsibilities

1. Grow decentralized (large/commercial) system sales of advanced treatment systems by at least 50% per year for the first three years in the defined region. Growth rate to be determined after three years.
2. Build long-term relationships with decision makers (civil/environmental consulting engineers, onsite wastewater engineers/designers, regulatory agencies, contractors, and developers) within a defined region to gain product specifications through face-to-face meetings, lunch and learns, industry events, and active work in industry organizations. Track projects and relationship building through CRM system.
3. Meet activity targets such as thirty consulting engineers or design influencers meetings per month, two formal presentations, and adding nine large project opportunities to the sales pipeline. Leverage CRM to track and close projects and provide monthly forecasts.
4. Provide occasional regulatory and technical support related to single-family advanced treatment systems sold by Infiltrator.

Qualifications (must Have)

• Strong presentation skills for technical product information in various settings.
• Customer focus with ability to close large project specifications and purchases.
• Problem solving, communication skills, understanding wastewater treatment concepts, self-starting, results-oriented, adaptable.
• B.S. in civil or environmental engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to travel within the territory (WI, MN, IA, MO, KS, NE, SD, ND) and maintain responsive communication.
• Comfortable working remotely and while traveling.
• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration.
• Valid driver’s license, insurability, and satisfactory driving record.

Education

B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred; PE a plus. Other degrees and experience considered.

Working Conditions

Mainly indoor office work, with travel to project sites, including outdoor conditions. May require use of PPE, long hours, and occasional work outside regular hours.

Physical Requirements

Includes seeing, speaking, hearing, reading, writing, keyboarding, prolonged sitting, physical activities like reaching, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Travel may involve operating vehicles and visiting varied terrains.

Salary

$78,353.60 - $129,126.40 per year
