Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer in Redmond, WA to support a Class III medical device production expansion. The role focuses on validation activities, IQ/PQ protocols, and development of validation plans and reports.

Will collaborate with engineers and technicians, operate independently, and drive project deliverables. Duration is 9 months with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 30-minute lunch break.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is required.
• Experience in Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Validation Engineering is required.
• Hands-on experience with validation protocols, reports, and execution.
• Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support production capacity expansion activities.
• Procure, build, troubleshoot, and validate automated test stations.
• Develop and execute validation protocols, including IQ and PQ activities.
• Prepare validation plans, reports, and supporting documentation.

Engineer, Test Engineering

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: 9 Months

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch). Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Seeking a Test Engineer to support a production capacity expansion project for a Class III medical device product line. This role will primarily focus on validation activities, including assembly, characterization testing, troubleshooting, and formal validation of production and troubleshooting test stations. The engineer will be responsible for developing validation plans and reports, executing IQ/PQ protocols, and supporting automated test station implementation. The position requires collaboration with engineers and test technicians while working independently to drive project deliverables.
