Job summary

CaptiveAire is seeking a hands-on manufacturing technician to support the DOAS line and other production areas, aiding in operating technical equipment and speeding up production throughput.

You will read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams, perform electrical troubleshooting, brazing, welding or soldering, and ensure quality and proper documentation while maintaining clean, safe workspaces.

Qualifications

• 2-year or 4-year technical degree in a mechanical or electrical oriented curriculum
• Entry level to 2 years work experience
• Internship or hands‑on manufacturing experience preferred
• Able to use power tools and electrical testing and measuring equipment
• Universal EPA Certification preferred
• HVAC related experience beneficial
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Able to read factory orders
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Summary:

This role will be working 100% on the manufacturing floor helping in the production process of our many product lines. They are responsible to help run technical equipment and help accelerate and organize the production lines.

• Ability to work standing for 8 - 10 hours at a time
• Required to use ladder, forklift or other means to acquire parts for product
• Able to use power & hand tools
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently

Salary:
